Remoulade Sauce
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1/4 C mustard (Creole if possible)
- 1 T smoked paprika
- 1-2 t Cajon or Creole seasoning
- 2 t prepared horseradish
- 1 t pickle juice (dill or sweet, your preference)
- 1 t hot sauce (Tabasco preferred)
- 1 cl garlic, minced and smashed
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients, then refrigerate for a few hours.
- Plate and serve.
